Penginapan/ homestay di Taman Merbau Utama, kok Lanas, Kelantan untuk disewa secara harian atau mingguan dan berdekatan:
* 500 meter sahaja ke Kolej Matrikulasi Kelantan,
* 4km ke KFC dan McDonald Kok Lanas
* 5km ke Politeknik Kota Bharu/ Kolej Komuniti Kok Lanas,
* 20km ke Kota Bharu,
* 15km ke Wakaf Che Yeh dan
* 15km ke Machang.

Homestay juga mempunyai 3 bilik dan 2 bilik air dengan kelengkapan berikut:
* Aircond ada disediakan di bilik master dan bilik kedua
* Kipas setiap bilik dan dan 2 kipas ruang tamu/ makan.
* 2 katil queen dan 1 katil single
* Sofa dan meja makan
* TV (astro)
* Dapur dan kelengkapan memasak
* Mesin Basuh
* Peti Ais

Kadar sewa 1 malam RM150 dan RM130 jika lebih 2 malam.
Harga boleh dirunding jika melebihi 1 minggu.
