Defect Inspection for New homebuyer which consist of the following:-

1. Identify the defect and marking it with complete sticker at defect area.
2. Inspection of sanitary and electrical services. To ensure they are working fine.
3. Checking numbers of electrical fitting, sanitary fitting and etc. as stated in Sales and Purchase Agreement
4. Producing a complete Report for Defect Inspection.
