Warganegara Malaysia;
Berumur tidak kurang 18 tahun dan tidak melebihi 40 tahun pada tarikh tutup permohonan;
Perempuan / lelaki
Memiliki sekurang-kurangnya Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) dengan:
Kepujian Bahasa Malaysia atau Bahasa Melayu;
Kepujian Pendidikan Islam ATAU kepujian Pendidikan Al-Quran dan As-Sunnah ATAU kepujian Pendidikan Syariah Islamiah; dan
Lulus Bahasa Arab atau yang setaraf dengannya
Menetap di Kuala Lumpur (Asrama tidak disediakan)
