Working Hours (Monday to Friday) : 9am ? 5.30pm / (Saturday) : 9am ? 12.30pm (Alternate Saturdays)

Requirements:
-Ability to speak Chinese will be an advantage
-Preferably with Science, Biotechnology, Medical and Nursing background
-Must have own transport
- Good computer and phone communication skills

Duties
-Record clients' information into IT system.
-Contact clients by telephone to :-
.Arrange medical exams appointments.
.Provide clients medical history records and information.
.Contact medical providers ie; doctors, clinics, medical centres, hospitals to fix appointments.
-Coordinate with medical providers to obtain completed exams and jobs.
-Record all activities into the IT system.
-Report activities to insurance companies.
-Check and follow up on outstanding work/jobs with clients and report to supervisor.
-Meet KPIs set by company.
