AX Motor is a scam company. Inspector Rujhan from IPD Dang Wangi (03-928 99 222) is assigned to investigate AX Motor. About 100 over cases has been reported including mine. The scam artist is Dato Seri Fayed Abdullah, Bala Paramanathan, Sirajdeen (dunno if this real name), the CFO Datuk Fakarudin @ Fuck Rudin (dunno if real name either) and others.
The usual modus operandi (MO) is very simple as follows:-
1. They pretend to buy the car from you by telling they have genuine buyer. They will impress u with Ferrari in the porch, string of lavish cars and so on.Stories of how successful the company really is.
2. Then they pay u the balance of selling price minus bank settlement figure (e.g Selling price to AX Motor = RM100k, full settlement of your bank loan RM80k, they will pay u RM20k with cheque).
3. They said they are processing the buyer's loan and will resolve in two weeks time. They will ask you to sign 'Letter of Undertaking' and 'Bill of Sale' to boost your confident that once you leave your car with them, 'legally' you are not liable for any trouble with the car later on. [THIS IS MY MISTAKE.. NEVER LEAVE YOUR CAR WITH ANYONE AS LONG AS THE CAR STILL UNDER YOUR NAME.. especially still under loan with bank]
4. They will BULLSHIT you telling the buyers application is in trouble and need more time. Then they will BULLSHIT you again with promise to make the full settlement with the bank in two weeks or so. After two weeks or so, they will BULLSHIT u by telling the company have a bit of financial difficulties and will resolve the matter A.S.A.P.
5. Then they BULLSHIT by telling fresh allocation of money for the company will arrive soon. Ask you to be patient. At the mean time they will promise to pay your bank installment since the matter has been dragged for so long.
6. Then come the finale : POOOF!! The company close the outlet/premise and GONE. Your car is missing. All the scam artist listed above became uncontactable/unresponsive.
7. CONGRATULATION... you are the victim of AX Motor scam artist. Now bank is chasing you of payment arrears. The car is not with u. The scam artist have your signature, photocopy IC, thumbprint, letter of undertaking and everything else to make any shit about you without your knowledge/permission.
