Eligible and qualified local students are offered study loans by FELDA, PTPTN and other government-linked companies. Financial aids are also available to students through various sources such as Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja (KWSP), NGOs and cooperative societies. Applicant must be Bumiputra, age 18 years old or above
Minimum requirement is 5 credits in SPM of which two (2) must be B.M. and Math with a pass in English
Student without 5 credits in SPM may use his/her first semester results at NMIT to apply for the study loan
Student can apply on-line in months of January and July every year
