POSITION : WORKSHOP MANAGER: GAJI (RM4000.00-RM5000.00)
JOB REQUIRMENTS:
* To take care and manage our workshop, mechanics, helpers, welders, and painters.
* Manage day to day repairs of our fleet of cranes, service truck, welding sets, our compressors & others.
* Manage and incentives mechanics.
* Provide training to mechanic.
* Create servicing schedule for our plant.
* Create and manage tool inventory and tool store.
* Manage spare parts store.
* Liaise with computer technician for repairs of our crane LMI (Load Moment Indicators)
* Manage storage yard.
* Ability to analyze product failures and weaknesses to prevent recurrent failures.
CORE QUALIFICATION
* Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in any field/Technical college education.
* Required language: BM & English.
* At least 3-5 years Working experience in related field
* Required skills (s): Computer literate maintenance management
* Must be able to handle long working hours when required.
* Able to handle long working hours when required.
* Preferably senior Manager specialized in Engineering- Heavy Industrial, tractor Malaysia/ Crane or equivalent.
POSITION: Mechatronic Engineer /Automotive Engineer/ Wireman/Electrician : Gaji (RM2000.00-RM3000.00)
JOB SPECIFICATION:
* Diploma in Mechatronic Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Automotive /or related field will be useful.
* At least 3-5 years experiences in wiring work or electrician in heavy equipment and crane.
* Experienced in control system, automotive, mechanical &
* Able to work with minimum supervision.
* Experience in Vehicular electronics such as alternator & starter motor
* Experience in operation, diagnosis and repair of crane safety system or LMI (Load Moment Indicator).
* Experience in Electrohydraulic system will be useful.
* Experience in simple computer system & PCB board repairs will be useful.
JOB REQUIREMENT
* Installation, maintenance, testing and repair of vehicular electrical system and related equipment.
* Required to work in the field to attend to and solve electrical problem of our fleet of crane.
* Installs, repairs wiring for electrical systems and equipment. (Crane)
* Correctly instruct, supervise and transfer skills to any apprentice and semi-skilled worker assigned to him.
* Read and interpret simple electrical specifications, wiring and circuit diagrams.
* Correctly use and maintain the tools of the trade including power tools, test equipment and measuring instruments.
* Performs other related duties of a comparable level/type as assigned.
