Our client has a portfolio that spans all areas of construction, ranging from buildings, roads, etc. and currently is sharing a career opportunity as a Personal Assistant to be based in Kuala Lumpur to aid them in organizing, attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings. Those who at least have preferably 1 – 3 year(s) experience in main construction company will have an added advantage.
Responsibilities
• Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
• Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
• Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
• Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
• Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
• Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf
• Carrying out background research and presenting findings
• Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
• Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
• Travel together with manager within Klang Valley as per required
Requirements
• Preferably 1 – 3 year(s) experience in main construction company.
• Proficiency for Microsoft (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English (Written and Spoken).
• Reporting to superior from Korea
