Salam.saya zeb dari kuching.saya memerlukan bantuan warga majalah.saya mempunyai sebuah rumah teres 2 tingkat tengah di Kuching.hutang bank Ada dalam 68k.saya beli 124k. Harga semasa mencecah 180k.saya nak cagarkan kepada sesiapa yang dapat membantu sebanyak 30k urgent.melalui lawyer secara sah atau sesiapa yang nak beli cash saya jual 160k.rumah masih baru Dan belum tinggal.ini rumah pertama saya.bayaran rumah melalui potongan gaji.
