I'm looking for potential buyers to take over my salon in Puchong near Pusat Bandar Puchong facing main road. I have spent more than Rm90,000 in renovation, equipments etc. It is only officiated in May 30 2007. The rental per month is Rm1,500 inclusive of water bill & electricity is charged according to own meter. The area is huge with 4 facial bed & 1 single body room measured at 1,200 sf. I'm looking to sell at RM40,000 negotiable.
