Assalamualaikum..
Sy sedang mencari student untuk menyewa sebuah bilik.. Lokasi di Greenwood. Berdekatan kemudahan bas rapid.
Kadar sewa: Rm 200 ( TANPA DEPOSIT)

Syarat - syarat
- Tempoh menyewa Jun 2016 hingga februari 2017 ( 8 bulan ) atau kurang
- Bayaran sewa sebelum 5hb setiap bulan.
- Keutamaan kepada student.
- Sewa tidak termasuk api dan air.
- faham syarat2 diatas.

Penyewa mesti lah:
-wanita islam dan bujang
- pembersih paling utama
- Jujur dan Amanah
- Tidak bawa masuk orang luar tanpa kebenaran
- Menghormati housemate.
