Bila tnya hak strata ke x? Agent xleh bg jawapan tepat.. Saya nk beli dan tukar nama tp. Agen nk jual je xnk amek tau client punya side. bila tnya dia suh itu tanya bank.. itu tanya lawyer. Agen jual je.

Ade x lawyer rumah lelong berpengalaman drop email or whatsapp tel opis no ke nk bincang.. Selalu ade kes yg diceritakan tukar nama 3 tahun ambik mse.. Tp berbeza sesetengah kes apakah yg membezakan ini.. Sebagai org yg nak beli ianya penting duit dah lesap cash memang nk tukar nama asap la..

Second kes bole ke umah yg dah dilelong.. Tp pemenang lelong dah byar tp xduk dah lama. hanya beli.. Menyebabkan dilelong lagi oleh agent.. Apa hak sy.. Bole kah sy cek dgn bank atau dgn sapa nk sah betul betul rumah tu telah dilelong beberapa tahun dulu.. Jika ade semakan dimana mana company tolong inform sy..

Kadang agent xnk bg tau.. Agen suh g tguk umah je.. N bayar 10%. Bolekah sy dpt geran copy jika xbeli lagi rumah lelong.. Nak confirmkan ianya belum dimiliki org... Dunia penuh risiko.. Bukan rm100 melayang tp 50k.. Perlu penjelasan.. Saya pon banyak baca story web kejadian..
