Hi Raden,
Yes, you are right.
Base Lending Rate= BLR.
It is the one that affecting our ability to make payment to our property loan, especially when Bank Negara announces an increase in BLR. Now the latest BLR is 6.30%. It is expecting another round of increases in BLR in near future.
If this continue, lenders, when making monthly payment to their respective property loan with bank, are paying more loan interest, rather than paying more for the loan capital.
Hence, our company is in the position offering solution and methodology on how to help property loan owners to save 50% of loan interest and slash 50% of loan tenure without doing refinancing or change to other bank loan packages.
Our company is currently expanding its business and is looking for interest party to join us as agency owner for their respective area.
