Basic Salary: RM 1500.00
Job Types: Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly report.
- Maintain proper record and organisation of filling system.
- Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks.
- Check on staff expenses claim and input to staff claim template.
- Perform monthly bank statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancy if any.
- Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email.
- Ensure office cleanliness and safety of office at all time.
- Any other ad hoc assignment.
Requirements:
• Possess at least a Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related fields
• Experienced in Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk.
• Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
• Good knowledge of accounting software, MS Excel and Word.
• Organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
• Have own transport
