Account & Admin Assistant

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

a) Prepare invoice, customer statements and other reports/records.
b) Follow up debtor collection and prepare report.
c) Answer and direct phone calls
d) Checked and verify supplier’s invoice or bill before process payment.
e) Deal with suppliers, distributors, mailing and printers.
f) Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
g) Handling inquiries.
h) Key in all transaction record data in system.
i) To ensure all data key in are correctly completed
j) Multitasking for any other duties assigned by management from time to time
