I own a 3-storey shophouse at Tabuan Plaza, Kuching for rent. The shophouse is located in the matured township of Tabuan Jaya, with high income residents. There is a new shopping mall with anchor tenants, the 2nd biggest supermarket in Kuching and a big departmental store. My shophouse is one of ten shops located beside the shopping mall. There are 432 university students staying at 72 apartments above the shopping mall. There are many new restaurants coming up in the area. I am sure that the shop is suitable for franchise business such as restaurants, pharmacies.
