It is a holding company itself and fully owned by Bumiputera entrepreneurs.The 6 subsidiaries are YAG College Sdn Bhd which owns Unifield International College, Warisan Daya Maju Enterprise, Rimbun Dermaga Sdn Bhd , Transpetro Sdn Bhd, Dermaga Science and Health Sdn Bhd, and Dermaga Automotive Sdn. Bhd. These companies run different range of works and do not contradict between each other. |
