Summary Job description Drive and grow business opportunities on focused accounts. Develop and maintain detailed account plan and consistent revenue pipeline. Achieve assigned annual sales quota. Responsibilities You are required to services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales. It is important to establishes relationships with customer's Information Technology (IT) and business unit executives as trusted advisory who understands their issues, needs and requirements. You are required to have the ability to meet targets for market share, competition and gross profit margin and lead business development teams in identifying new business opportunities and managing the sales cycle from start to finish, particularly in growing the existing business in the account. You need to engage with principal, partners, suppliers in the sales activities on IT products and services of the Company. Achieve sales targets and maintain good customer rapport will be the key in this role. You are also required to monitor market conditions and recommend pricing and market strategy. Aside that, you are required to investigate client's complaints on quality, delivery, service etc and recommend corrective measures to the client. You will be responsible on presenting, negotiating & preparing contracts & quotations etc. Requirements A minimum of Degree in IT or equivalent is needed for this role. You are required to have at least 3-4 years experience as an account manager role in IT products/services/outsourcing industry. Have strong initiative & people networking skills with great communication skills. Proven sales track record in previous company will be an added advantage. People who are into business development and sales account management with a ''do it'' attitude that makes things happen. Willing to learn new areas and have some experience in business development and sales. Good and proven relationship building skills. Develop and manage key focus accounts into long term customers. Ability to think through, anticipate situations, articulate and understand customer needs, combine with a dynamic behavior perceived as value adding to customers will be an advantage. Ability to articulate the value proposition of the IT solution & technology to all levels especially non-technical will be advantage. Demonstrate the capability to strategize, plan and execute to develop and grow business in existing and new accounts. Proven and strong track record of consistent achievement of sales target. Professional in character. Strong command of English/Bahasa Melayu, both spoken and written. Possess own transport.
