1.Responsible for recruitment activities such as pre-screening, interview arrangements & conduct interviews.
2.Responsible for induction programme & training of new employees.
3.Responsible in training administration & coordination which includes sourcing for training programmes, registration, post-training evaluation, updating and maintaining training staff records etc.
4.Managing industrial relations matters relating to staff discipline, resignations & grievances.
5.Manage and coordinate company programmes & events such as team building, family day, company trips & dinner, social events and recreational & sports activities.
6.Perform office administration functions including sourcing, purchasing & maintenance of office stationary, office equipment, pantry items, company vehicles, office premises and staff uniform.
7.Liaise with contractors, suppliers & vendors
8.Coordinate & oversee the reception and to conduct daily audit on housekeeping & cleanliness of office premises.
9.Process payment of office bills such as verifying invoices & bills.
10.Prepare monthly reports.
1.Possesses a least a Diploma in any discipline
2.Minimum two (2) years related working experience.
3.Preferably with ISO 9001 working knowledge.
4.Computer literate with knowledge of MS Excel & MS Words.
5.Must be able to write & converse fluently in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
6.Good report writing skills
7.Experience in drafting of SOPs is an advantage.
