The following post is about a job vacancy for Human Resource Executive and Admin Cum Account Clerk position at Satu Solution Corporate Service. This is the work scope and requirement for both of the position
Admin cum account clerk
Work scope
• Create tasks as directed from time to time
• Responsible for performing clerical duties
• Helps complete office work
• Helps car hire operations
• Answering an incoming call
• Manage sms or whatsapp system
• Records and stores tenant information
• Send the car to the car wash for washing
• Manage car delivery to tenants
• Prepare and endorse financial statements to be presented to the company's managers
• Confirming the cash flow of the company
• Helps in providing vouchers, invoices, checks, claims, and company receipts
• Insert data into the USB system
• Preparing sales reports weekly
• Must know the computer - knowledge in MS Office software especially Excel is required
Eligibility
• Has at least a Diploma / Degree in any field
• Experience less than 1 year - 1 to 3 years in administration and operation
• Experienced 1 year up to 3 years
• Skilled in using the USB accounting system
• Able to control the situation when under pressure
• Honest, trustworthy and committed
• Single is preferred
• Can work under minimum supervision
• Multi-tasking
• Have a driving license
Human resource executive
Work scope
• Review resumes and applications
• Conduct first round of telephone interviews for candidates to schedule an interview
• Conduct recruitment interviews and provide necessary inputs
• Occupational safety issues
• Communicate and explain the organization's HR policies to employees
• Follow-up confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, tax, rewards, LTA, bonuses and others
• Full and final handling of workers
• Provide letters such as offers and confirmations
• Prepare and submit all relevant HR / document / certificate letters in accordance with employee requirements in consultation with management
• Provide and process timely distribution of salaries, bonuses, slip gains, leave and full placement
• Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure the timeliness of workers
• Organize worker orientation
• Implementing and administering performance management processes in accordance with PMS policies and timelines (Performance Management System)
• Review the job descriptions for all posts periodically and provide them with consultation with their respective managers
• Engage with workers on a regular basis to understand the level of motivation of people within the organization
• Keep staff insurance records and ensure timely renewal
• Updating the personal files of each employee of the company
• Provide staff related memos / memos and file it
• Assist in the disciplinary action of staff (eg verbal warning, warning letter, warning letter, show cause letter, internal investigation, etc.)
• Other tasks given
Eligibility
• Graduated at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in the field of human resources or equivalent qualifications thereof from a recognized IPT
• Have experience in areas such as accounting, legal, administration, business, marketing. (Business)
• Can work teams no matter the time
• Honest, trustworthy and committed
• Ability to communicate well
Additional Eligibility
• Have experience in human resources (1-3 years)
• Must be ready for full-time employment, and shall not be able to carry on any other business, other than as a non-executive director or shareholder of another company;
• Can work in group pressure and singles without stress
• Always look neat and polite
• Always professional in carrying out tasks and having high discipline
