Currently we are looking for Receptionist cum Admin. Assistant to work with us.
Nature of Business : Integrated Communications
Job Specification :-
Provides general office support with a variety of clerical duties and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, supervising despatch, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duty
Requirement :-
1. At least 3 years working experience
2. Possess at lease SPM / STPM or Diploma in any fields
2. Good personality and interpersonal skills
3. Able to communicate & write in Bahasa Malaysia & English
4. Must be computer literate and good in Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel
5. Proactive and can work independently with minimum supervision
6. Able to handle office equipment e.g. photocopy & fax machine, scanner, and attend to all admin matters
7. Responsible and able to handle multi-tasking work
8. Working location is at Megan Avenue 1, Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur
9. Office hours 8.30 a.m. – 6.00 p.m. (Monday to Friday) including 1 hour lunch break
10. Fresh Graduate encourage to apply
11. Able to start work immediately
