Taska di Kajang (Rumah Kedai-Ground Floor) untuk dijual RM25K. Lokasi yang sangat strategik berhampiran sekolah kebangsaan dan sekolah KAFA. 80% adalah melayu.

Sewa bulanan RM1200. Kanak-kanak ada 27 orang dan staf ada 3 orang (seorang dah ada KAAK). Keuntungan bersih bulanan lebih kurang RM1000++.
