I don't know about smart kiosk...but I know about citipay kiosk. I think I've been cheated. I've already paid 1.5k...I've been offered a vacation and since I was planning to go on a vac, I agreed ot go and hear the stupid talk of more than 3 hours. I've forwarded my cancellation letter but as we all know...there are procedures...I have to wait for a week. But it been more than a week and still...no answer. The office is at UPTOWN DAMANSARA.

Dear all,
Refer to forum mat kiosk. The company background and business nature is the same. U might be able to get some lead from there.
The very first thing before you commit in a business is to check the company's background with suruhanjaya syarikat syarikat malaysia (SSM). U can get a print out of the company's background.
And also check with KPDN (kementerian perdagangan dan hal ehwal) on reviews, if the company is blacklisted etc.
I highly suggest you to read through forum mat kiosk.
Follow as what was suggested by "Karipap" before you commit into the business.
I was a victim of mat kiosk. After a long struggle, manage to retrieve my total investment of RM 46K ! (paid by credit card). If u have paid by credit card, i might be able to assist you. Keep posting
