Saya ingin menyewa sebuah rumah Teres atau Semi-D (unit - Sudut) di kawasan perumahan Taman Perling ataupun di Bandar Baru Uda. Dengan kemudahan berdekatan rumah, seperti kedai-kedai, pasar, sekolah, klinik dan sekolah tadika yang berhampiran rumah itu. Sanggup menyewa dengan harga yang berpatutan ( RM$750 - RM$1200 ).
