We established the Smart Partnership Program (SPP) to collaborate with Bumiputera contractors who have been awarded government contracts. As of end 2015, we have invested directly in projects under various ministries such as KKLW, JKR & KPKT. Through SPP, contractors have benefitted from the additional capital support provided by SGC which improved work progress & speed up project completion.

Through SPP, contractors will utilise our capital to buy construction materials and equipment. As follows;
1) You will benefit by freeing up your cash to pay workers & labour that would otherwise be used for purchasing materials & equipment. When labour gets paid faster, your progress of work improves even though you use less of your own capital.
2) This means a higher Return on Capital (ROC) on your part & significant improvement on project progress. By completing your project earlier, you will be able to save on your preliminaries & overhead cost.
3) Additional cost savings on cash volume purchases enjoyed by SGC will be passed on to you, enabling you to further improve on your ROC through improved profits.

In order to proceed, these are the documents required for you to fill in and prepare;

1) Board of Director Identity Card.
2) Form 49 & 24 (Company Registration).
3) Completed & signed SPP form from Seagate.
4) Completed & signed Letter of Intent from Seagate.
5) Copy of Letter of Award from Government.
6) Material & Suppliers list including quotation.
7) Signed PDPA form from Seagate.
