AUTOCAD DRAFTER
* To design compressed air piping system
? Draw layout and schematic drawing for Ramli Burger factory in Pulau Indah
KEN AIR SYSTEM SERVICES SDN BHD * Mac 2015 –Jan 2018
APPLICATION ENGINEER
* Review daily reports from technicians before submit to customer service department
? Check parts list / number; recommend by technicians
? Check any grammatical error or any confused terms
? Check and review technical data made by technicians to comply with the suggested service
? Suggest servicing based on machine running hours
* Prepare and create warranty claims for customer and sent to principal company – Atlas Copco for claims purposes
* Create overhaul proposal based on technical data taken by technicians
? Based on Shock Pulse Measurement – bearing checker
? Based on exceeding machine running hours and conditions of the machine
* Categorizing Rental Fleet based on data taken and machine condition
* Prepare and create piping drawing for Sales department team for their proposal to customers
* Ad-Hoc Tasks:
? Designed company’s official uniform (T-Shirt)
? Support simple IT technical issues
? Revise and update the company’s website
? Create tagging cards for easy managing and safety
AFTER SALES ENGINEER
* To increase aftermarket sales by;
? Follow up on the servicing quotation after 2 weeks generated by the office.
? To generate overhaul leads and passes to office for quotation.
? To generate renewal contract leads and passes to office for agreement preparation.
? To convert non-contract to contract customer after IB assessment.
? To generate dryer and line filter servicing after IB assessment.
* Visitation for existing and potential customer.
* To assist the office in job arrangement, recommendation and any issues for customers.
* To assist the account department in the check collection in 90 days.
* To prepare an individual sales report.
* To prepare an air audit report/proposal for the customer.
TECHNICIAN
* Servicing a variety of air compressors in term of power 10Kw – 90Kw.
* Attending troubleshooting at the sites.
* Overhaul air compressor, dismantle and assemble back, and sent to customer sites.
* Installing air tanks, air compressors, air driers, filters and regulators and valves.
PROJECT ENGINEER
* Handling 3 projects; MRT Ampang Line, MRT Subang Jaya and Wirten building.
* Attend weekly meetings between main contractor and sub-contractors.
* Creating compressed air piping route drawing using AutoCAD.
* Liaise with the main contractor and sub-contractors in site meetings weekly on how to execute/install the piping route in the time frame given.
* Liaise with piping sub-contractor in dealing with schedule/time frame of the installation.
* Partially prepare the documentation for the projects; method statement and material specifications.
* Coordinate the delivery of the air compressors, air receiver tank and air dryer to sites.

* Propose technical solutions to customers by preparing design drawings and technical specifications – design drawing using Autodesk Inventor software
* Report directly to Technical Manager based on the monthly activities.
* Site visits and inspection – PETRONAS Fertilizer Gurun, Felda Palm Oil Sungai Tengi, Hilton Hotel Kuala Lumpur.
* Control the cutting machine (CNC) and designing the pre-fabricated pipe insulation using FoamCad – it is designing software using simple drawing but can be modified using M & G code.
