1) Position : HR Executive
Position Based : HQ
Responsibilities : HR Generalist job
Requirement:
? Diploma/Degree in the relevant discipline with minimum 2 years'
working experience in the full spectrum of HRM
? Experience in computerized payroll processing is an added advantage
? Well versed with the Labour Law and Employment Act
? Computer literate and good command of spoken and written English
Salary : RM3000 ? RM3500 (Based on experience)
2) Position : Assistant Training Manager
Position Based : HQ
Responsibilities :
? General training role to cinema and HQ
? Execute and administer structured in house and external
Learning/Training Development programs by getting the right training
providers with the right intended curriculums and modules, as well as
ensuring the a availability of the right identified employees to attend
the programs.
? Co-ordinate in the formulation of the Learning curriculums and
modules. Source and compile data base of Learning Providers profiles for
references. Analyse the effectiveness of the programs and obtain feedback
from participants. Propose improvement to enhance the effectiveness of the
programs.
? Verify and administer the implementation of overall learning
administration comprises i.e. Training nominations, and training expenses
claims.
? Address and resolve any arising issues pertaining to staff
learning needs. Track and monitor the implementation of the
training/learning program
? Gather, analyse and prepare annual training development budget
requirements. Track and monitor the utilization of the budget and propose
cost saving measures.
Requirement:
? Diploma/Degree in the relevant discipline with minimum 3-5
years? working experience in training
? Able to develop manuals and training modules
? Willing to travel extensively and conduct our training programmes
? Excellent spoken and written in English
Salary : RM4000 ? RM5000 (Based on experience)
3) Position : Concession Executive
Position Based : HQ
Responsibilities :
? Oversee compliance of Company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
? Assist in conceptualizing and executions of marketing and
promotions.
? Assist in any new/upgrading projects.
? Assist in any research and development assigned for the job.
Requirement:
? Diploma in any disciplines
? Minimum 2 years of working experience
? Attention to detail, and ability to work in fast-paced environment
? Possess good inventory management and operational skills
? Proficient in written and spoken English
? Must possess own transport and willing to travel
Salary : RM3000 ? RM3500 (Based on experience)
