Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera.
Saya berhasrat untuk mengembangkan cawangan konsep perniagaan makanan ''MAKAN BOX CAFE''.
Konsep: kontena/rumah kedai/food court/trak makanan.
Lokasi yang sedang beroperasi sekarang adalah di Petaling Jaya.
Kelebihan: Mudah diuruskan, kerana konsep kafe ini menyediakan ruangan untuk vendor menyewa dan menjual makanan masing2.
Menu sedia ada melalui vendor(Halal): Nasi lemak, nasi kukus, char kuey teow, burger, pizza, ais kepal Milo, satay.
Keuntungan bersih: RM10-15k/bulan

Pemilik kafe boleh mengutip sewa harian daripada vendor / mengambil royalti daripada jualan bulanan vendor.
Tujuan menjual konsep ini: Ingin mengembangkan perniagaan ke cawangan lain iaitu di Bangi, Damansara dan Nilai.
Harga: RM40,000/unit termasuk pekerja, pengubah suaian dan bantuan pemasaran.
Konsep kafe ini juga menyediakan servis penghantaran makanan ke kawasan berhampiran.
