-Kelayakan Minimum Sijil dalam pelukis pelan/arkitek atau Diploma dalam arkitek designer
-boleh melukis plan rumah
-mempunyai attitude positif ,jujur dan amanah
-pengalaman sekurang nya 2 thun dalam Arkitek

Site Supervisor
-Minimum Diploma,Degree in Engineering ,Building construction management
-Pengalaman sekurangnya 1 tahun ke 4 tahun
-Boleh berkerja dalam tekanan
