Requirements:
•28-38 Years old
•Fluent in English, Bahasa, Mandarin
•Possess own transportation
•Minimum 2 years experience
•Chinese speaking
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1)Direct all operational aspects in daily operation including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration, product sales and security and safety in accordance with the KST’s requirement.
2)Operations task as follows:
•Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
•Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
•If product is running out of stock, notified to the Managing Director and make orders from HQ.
•Monitor all employees need housekeeping and ensuring display counter and the shop is neat, clean and orderly manner.
•Receives and inspects all incoming and outgoing product is reconciles with purchase orders and make sure quantities and the amount is equal.
•Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
•Checked and count sales money every day at the end of shift and every morning must go to the bank for bank in sales money. The receipt of bank in should pass or email to Account Department.
•Monitor and records the items taken from a store and setting bar code and price for new items.
•Be responsible for managing and complete all necessary stock take in every day.
3)Customer Service task as follows:
•Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
4)Human Resource and Administration task as follows:
•Monitor and approved leave staff and make sure each of department must have a backup staff.
•Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training and motivate employees.
5)Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
6)Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations or applicable laws.
7)Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
