We are looking for Admin Executive position as below details:
Responsibilities:
?Responsible for event/workshop administration/company events (eg invoicing, arrange logistics, prepare materials / equipment, post delivery, etc)
?Assist in office administration/supplies, ensure complete and proper filing of documents and records (both paper and digital archive)
?Capable of performing secretarial functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, planning meetings, arranging flights, assisting
with PowerPoint presentations, etc
?Ensure reporting to management are completed on time
?Proactively recommend ways to add value to clients, improve effectiveness of event/office administration and make existing processes simpler & better
Requirements:
?At least 2 – 3 years’ relevant working experience with operations/event management/administration responsibility
?Experience in training / consulting industry will be an added advantage
?Computer literate and competent in doing research through Internet and using Microsoft Applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
?Practices Leadership / “Can Do” attitude, dynamic and results-driven.
?Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal and written)
?Possess own transport
