An exciting Account Executive job has just become available at a leading corporate consulting company based in Shah Alam.
About the Account Executive Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for the general ledger related matters clients. You will also be assisting the Team Lead in handling the month end closing tasks as well as annual closing.
You will also ensure that adequate internal controls and processes are in place as well as identifying and driving process improvements.
Job Description
the job scope includes:
* Perform various shared-service accounting work in accordance to MFRS & MPERS and in accordance to with Malaysia Companies Act & other relevant laws & standards.
* Manage various month end and quarter end activities including (but not limited to) international close, Corporate Accounting tasks and reconciliation of balance sheets accounts.
* Support statutory audit drafting of accounts, provision of supporting documentation to auditors, tax agents, company secretaries and other stakeholders.
* Participate in on-going system/process simplifications and improvement projects.
* Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
* Bachelor Degree or Professional Degree in Accountancy with minimum 2 years related working experiences. Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma with minimum 3 years related working experiences.
* Member of MIA is highly desired.
* Demonstrate strong project management, communication and interpersonal skill, able to work independently and with great team work.
