I'm looking for potential buyers to take over my beauty salon in Pulau Tikus, Penang facing main road on Cantonment rd.. I have spent more than RM350,000 in renovation and franchising products, equipments etc. It is only officiated in Dec, 2008. The area is huge with 3 rooms facial bed & upstair with office set up already total of 2000 sqr ft.. I'm looking to sell at RM200,000 negotiable.
