Skills :
• Minimum Diploma/Degree/Higher level of education in Interior Design.
• At least 2 or 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Interior Design.
• Expert/Familiar in:
i. AutoCAD
ii. 3DsMax
iii. All Photoshop software
iv. Sketch Up
v. Microsoft Office (Powepoint, Excel, Words)
Responsibilities :
• Undertake design project from concept to completion.
• Able to produce 3D perspective drawing for client/presentation use.
• Coming up with a design plan.
• Prepare design proposal, layout plan, 3D technical drawing, material proposal, and project costing.
• To attend relevant project meeting, site meeting, coordination meeting and site visits.
• Produces sketches, drawings and floor plans to illustrate concepts.
• Able to supervise site project with maximum supervision.
• Able to communicate with sub-contractor, suppliers and designer team.
• Able to work extra time, familiar with 3D, can work with minimum supervise.
