Homestay doublestorey, 1bilik dibawah, 3bilik diatas. lengkap dgn faciliti berhampiran dgn Pusat beli-belah Nilai3. Perjalanan ke Pusat beli-belah hanya mengambil masa 2minit shj. Bersebelahan dgn Bukit Mahkota-2minit juga.

Kawasan yg selamat serta mempunyai rukun tetangga yang aktif. Boleh layari blog - Desariaku untuk melihat aktiviti rukun tetangga.

Sesuai untuk dijadikan tempat penginapan keluarga sempena cuti sekolah ini. Tempahan dibuka untuk bulan 12 dan keatas kerana bulan 11 dah penuh.
