Laman Abbah Guesthouse
Laman abbah is a fusion of traditional and modern guesthouse equipped for outdoor family activities that can also accomodate private events. I am happy to share my home with local and international guests who are looking for a peaceful and quiet getaway. We are able to house 6- 8 guests and children are most welcome. Our guesthouse is located nearby Pengkalan Balak and Linggi Beach which is a few minutes drive away from the Seafood Floating restaurant and the Turtle Conservation centre
The space
Strategically situated in between Pengkalan Balak and Linggi beach, my home is the perfect place, for fun and stress-free vacation.
Guest access
Guests can rent the entire house.
Room 1: Bilik Mawar has an attached toilet. (Queen Bed, additional mattress upon requests)
Room 2: Bilik Kenanga (Queen Bed, additional mattress upon requests/Shared Toilet)
Room 3: Bilik Melati (Queen Bed, additional mattress upon requests/Shared Toilet)
Additional 6 matresses and pillows are provided to accomodate additional guests.
Guests will have access to:
3 bedrooms (Air-conditioned)
Living room
Living room-Reading corner
Sufficient closets
1 shared toilets
1 linked toilet in Room 1 (Bilik Melur)
Kitchen complete with kitchen Utensils
Baking Oven
Microwave Oven
Referigerator
Washing Machine
Towels provided
Huge Dining Hall for 8 pax
Garden Barbeque with Outdoor lighting, Garden Chairs and table are also provided
(Delivery for raw materials provided)
Garden Kampung Gazebo( enjoy Traditional Malaysian games)
High-Speed Wifi
Please note that there will be extra charges for :
-Charcoals on Barbeque set
-Additional guests-RM20 per head
-Cleaning fee- RM60
Interaction with guests
I am available at all times and will be living in a separate building.
100% privacy is guaranteed.
I am also happy to advice my guests on their travel itinerary around Malacca.
Other things to note
I apologize before hand that I cannot allow pets as well.
