Lokasi homestay di Kg Mengkuang, daerah Bukit Mertajam, Seberang Perai tengah. Berdekatan lebuhraya BKE (5 minit) senang untuk anda bergerak samada ke Permatang Pauh (20 minit) atau ke Kulim (20 minit)

Kadar sewa hari biasa RM150 / mlm
Hari cuti RM180 / mlm
Sewa bilik: RM80 / mlm
