Job Description

Consolidate and prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and any other financial reports.
Assist in establishing and updating policies, procedures and operating manuals, ensuring continuous improvement in work efficiencies and internal control processes.
Cash flows management & projection and to establish sufficient facilities with banker from time to time.
Assist to liaise with lawyers, tax agents, auditors, company secretary, consultants, bankers and statutory bodies.
Prepare company annual tax estimate, tax instalment and tax revision as and when is needed before the deadline.
Assist to oversee the overall Finance, Admin, Procurement/Inventory day to day functions.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Added Advantage:

Experience in MYOB accounting software could be an added advantage.
Experience in establishing of monthly or quarterly reporting packs for management reports consolidation.

Requirements:

Effective team player who is able to command respect and effectively communicate with management and peers.
Self-motivated, good in attitude, resourceful and ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English.
