Customer Service Position at Shah Alam Call Centre

Company Location:
- Subang Hi-Tech Industrial Park, Batu 3, Shah Alam

Job Function:
-Handle all incoming call from customer
-Assisting customer regarding their technical problem or anything regarding their account problem
-Converse with customer in a manner and courtesy ways

Job Requirement:
-Min Qualification is SPM with provided 1 year experience in service line.
-Fresh Graduate for Diploma and Degree holder are encourage to apply
-Can work on shift
-Own transport
-Fluent in English
-SPM holder must have credit result in English
-This position is open only for Malaysian

Working Hour:
-Flexi Shift and Normal Shift
-The earliest shift will start at 7am and the last shift will start at 3am
-40 working hour for every week
-2 rest day for every week

Salary and Benefits:
-Basic Salary RM1500
-Shift Allowance starts from RM9 Maximum RM25 per shift attended
-Transportation Allowance starts from RM11 Maximum RM15 per shift attended
-Overtime RM12 per hour
-Mandarin Queue RM250 per month
-Performance Allowances based on monthly performance RM500 (Maximum Pay) reviewed by
Team Leader
-Free Monthly RM300 usage of post-paid line
