We are looking for a Recruiter with some recruiting & training experience. Our ideal recruiter must have work experience in screening, interviewing, assessing candidates and development of great team.
Being a Recruiter involves acting as an intermediary between employers looking to recruit staff and candidates seeking a career or job change. It is also a sales job and our headhunters are required to demonstrate a high degree of commercial acumen and are rewarded accordingly.
Whilst the overall objective of a Recruiter is to meet the needs of both the company and the candidate by ensuring the best mutual fit, there is a lot more to the job.
Requirement :
1. Proven work experience as Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter of a staffing agency recruiter) is added advantage
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong decision-making skills
4. Possess own transport is compulsory
5. Willing to travel & work over the weekend
6. Bilingual Malay & English
7. Enjoy interacting and engaging people
8. Communication via Whatsapp is compulsory
Recruiter Skills and Qualification;
1. Phone skills
2. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structure, competency-based, stress etc.)
3. Strong convincing power
4. People Skills & Judgment
5. Computer Skills (Microsoft word, excel, power point)
Recruiter Responsibilities
1. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media network and employee referrals etc. Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board / newspaper / colleges etc.
2. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
3. Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools / methods to filter candidates within schedule
4. Assess applicant relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
5. Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
6. Developing a recruiting pipeline (Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline).
7. Responsible for developing and implementing effective training policies, procedures, and programs
8. Assist heads of departments in identifying training and development needs and preparing budgets
9. Develop training plans for delivering training courses, prepare audio-visual aids, training manuals and workbooks
