Call Centre Executive (24/7 Rotation Shift) – Now Hiring!
Permanent position. RM 2500 – RM 3300 (basic) + Shift Allowances
Location: Kuala Lumpur
· Job Descriptions:
· Handle inbound / incoming calls using standard processes to respond to enquiry or complaints raised by customers.
· Provide excellent support at the customer service centre and achieve first call resolutions where necessary.
· Follow up with customers to resolve issues to ensure customer satisfactions are met.
Requirements:
SPM with minimum 5 years working experience in Inbound Call Centre field.
Diploma or Degree with 2 years working experience in Inbound Call Centre field.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaker is an added advantage.
Have positive working attitude, enjoy assisting and communicating with customers via telephone.
MUST be able to work on rotational shifts, weekends & Public Holidays.
Fresh Graduate – Degree / Master are encouraged to apply.
