operating Hours :6am-10pm (7days a week)
approximately crowd:2700 families, 750 police cadets,1250 police staffs
daily income:RM 3000 and above
monthly income: RM 90000 and above

Terms:
Rental:RM 3500
rental deposit:3+1
TNB:RM 3000
Water: RM 1500
total Deposit: RM 18500

monthly you will be paying and amount between RM 9000-RM 12000 to agrow acme as an outsourching fees.

Rental is separate from outsourcing fees which is paid between 27th- 2nd of every month
water and tnb will be paid by tenant and only proof of payment will be sent to agrow acme.

cleaning, tenancy agreement, painting and repair work along with equipments for the canteen will be prepared by Agrow Acme.
