Business Nature: We are an established company who doing kids entertainment business such as kiddie ride under brand named “MyZoo”. We have a total of 9 MyZoo outlets among Peninsular Malaysia and targeting to expand more MyZoo outlets in year 2018.
Our Headquarter is based in Bandar Hillpark, Puncak Alam, Selangor.
We are looking for Business Development Executive to be based in Headquarter.
Below are the details.
1. To source and secure new potential malls for kiddie ride business expansion.
2. Prepare and submit business proposal to potential malls
3. Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
4. Oversee all marketing tools, advertising, promotional stuff and activities.
5. Manage the full process of new outlet setup and events within the stipulated time and budget.
6. Propose fresh ideas of appropriate activities and strategies to increase company revenue by analyzing the profit and loss statement to maximize revenue and minimize cost.
7. Maintaining good communication and business relations with malls to enhance good landlord-tenant relationship.
8. Manage compliance with Government regulations requirement for outlet such as Majlis Perbandaran, KPDNKK and etc.
9. Lead team to setup new outlet for MyZoo.
10. Frequent travel to related MyZoo outlets when required (has travel allowance).
1. Possess at least a Professional Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any field.
2. Minimum 1 year of working experience.
3. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all level of people.
4. Fluent written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia..
5. Computer literate with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
6. Problem solving skills and strong analytical skills.
7. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
8. Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Hillpark (Puncak Alam).
Salary: RM2300
Phone allowance: RM100
