Bagaimana Kukus Kek Guna Steamer Industri 4 Tingkat?

salam semua,
nk tnya sape2 yg ada experien dlm mengukus kek coklat guna steamer industri...
sy bru beli steamer tu, tapi kek x naik/ x masak...
dah kukus dlm 3 jam..... tp bila kukus guna steamer kecik yang 12inci tu, elok plak jadi nyer..
FYI, steamer tu tinggi 5 kaki lebar 3 kaki...

W'salam,
Sori nik tapi saya tak penah pakai steamer mcm ni.
Cuma cadangan saya,nik boleh pastikan steamer dah panas betul2 dahulu...then baru masukkan adunan kek. Tapi adunan tu pun kena fresh. Maksud saya jgn biar lama2 kat luar, lepas adun je terus masukkan dlm steamer (yg dah betul2 panas td)
Satu lagi, saya nak tumpang tanya, kat mana nik beli steamer mcm ni and brp harga dia?
tgh survey sbb yg ada kecik sgt,bisnes la ni kecik2 nak try besarkan.

tq, tp fyi, steamer tu rupanye utk steam ikan...
beli 2nd 1400, kalo baru dkt 3k dkt sg plong, sg buloh....
sama saiz dgn peti ais 2 pintu, semua steel...
u blh tgk kat sini, tp bkn i punya...

tp i dah return blk kat kedai tu, i bg reason dia
tipu sbb x bagtau yang itu adalah steamer ikan...

then i survey kat chow kit, lg byk pilihan...

yg 54cm, 2 tingkat baru 200+....
baik beli yang tu.

salam.just nak share.
kalo nak steam cake ni biasa kita pakai yg 1 layer jer. tu kalo cake yg bersaiz 7inci dan ke atas. tapi kalo steam dlm cup yg kecil2 tu, bole la nak pakai yg 2 layer.

beza pakai 1 layer ngan 2 layer steamer, suhu kat layer yg paling atas biasanya x setinggi suhu yg kat bawah. Sbb tu la kek bantat/x masak.

bancuhan kek kalo dibiar lama2 sblm di stim, nnti hasilnya x secantik kek yang dah dikukus awal tadi. ini kerana gas akan terbebas keluar masa duk tunggu kek yang first masak. so, adunan yang last2 tu dah kekurangan gas. Sbb tu kek x naik sepenuhnya. kalo nak selamat bole guna double act baking powder bagi menggantikan baking powder biasa. sbb double act baking powder ni gas die sikit2 keluar. so, bancuhan tu duk kat luar lama2 still lagi ok.
