Rumah yang amat luas dengan kapasiti 4 bilik dan 3 bilik air. Mempunyai kemudahan balkoni di tingkat atas yang akan memberi ketenangan kepada anda bagi menghirup udara segar di pagi hari. Lokasi Arif Aqils Homestay adalah di Bandar Utama, Sungai Petani Kedah. Harga bagi satu hari / malam adalah RM 200.
