JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform outbound telephone calls to source for new leads and business opportunities
To secure appointments with potential customers
To achieve daily and monthly target as set by team leader
To deliver and educate prospective customers on the benefits of the products
Handling emails and new enquiries
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Degree in any field
At least 2 year (s) of working experience in any field is required for this position
High level of confidence to do outbound calls
Enjoy working over the telephone
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Friendly, responsible and independent
Good interpersonal or customer service skills and strong telephone etiquette
Capable of handling rejections from prospects/customers
