1. Report to : Managing Director
2. Responsibility : Administration
- Manage new employment and updating employee file as per terms and conditions of the company.
- To make sure company’s properties such as motor vehicles, office equipments, buildings and etc in good condition.
- Responsible for staff’s remuneration such as payment of salary, KWSP, SOCSO and etc.
- To renew road tax and insurance of company vehicles.
- Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of offices.
As the Account Officer of the company
- Ensure company in healthy financial position.
- Prepare financial report.
- Prepare Company’s Accounting Report.
- Planning cash flow of the company.
- Handle all tax and secretarial matters.
As the Purchasing Officer of the company
- Ensure continuous supply of reimbursable items.
- Other related works instructed by Managing Director.
4. Minimum Education : SPM level
5. Minimum Skill / Experience : 1 year working experience (fresh graduate can be considered)
- Knowledge in MS Word / Excel and good at basic mathematics calculation.
- Able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English
