URGENTLY NEEDED:
ACCOUNT CLERK
You must be a person who is capable of managing all account-related and knowledgeable and accountable use of the account system
? The required qualification;
-Experienced in the field of account preferably for legal firm at least 1- 2 years
-Has a certificate / diploma in Accounting / Finance Administration /equivalent
-Excellent in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, account systems such as UBS / SQL / MYOB etc
-Can write and speak Malay and English well
- Responsible, self motivated, multi-task and take proactive action to resolved assigned tasks.
-Good attitude, meticulous, responsible and able to work under minimum supervision with sense of urgency.
- Preferable if can start immediately
-To be based at Bandar Baru Ampang
? Job Scope
-Handle and prepare full set of accounts up to balance sheet.
-Ensure timely completion of monthly management accounts for reporting purpose.
-Prepare monthly general ledgers and journals entries.
-Enter, check and ensure all accounting entries such as receipts, payments, invoicing are correctly update to the accounting system.
